Job Description

Summary:

The Associate Business Analyst position will be based in Chennai reporting to IT Manager.

In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to provide solution and process designs to make them more efficient. Also discuss with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
• Test the solutions and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of business requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end deliver of business requirements and support deployment of the solutions
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.

• Functional knowledge, education background financial processes
• Typically requires 2 - 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of functional concepts
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
• Knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation is preferred
• Team focus, good communication and documentation skills
