Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Treasury Analyst located in Shenzhen GBS. It is responsible for managing and maintaining the vendor database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor information, and supporting the accounts payable & procurement process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
What a typical day looks like:
- Create, update, and maintain vendor records in the accounting system.
- Verify vendor information and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all vendor information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular check of the vendor database to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Assist the accounts payable and procurement team with vendor-related inquiries and issues.
- Support new system or new process implementation.
- Support audit requirement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related matters.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless vendor management processes.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years finance working experience. Experience in vendor maintenance, accounts payable or similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is preferred.
- Good English in both writing and speaking, CET-6 is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, customer service awareness and team spirit, could work under tight schedule.
