Pay Range: $28.37 - $34.14 hourly, based on experience
Full Range: 28.37 - 37.02 hourly, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports for Exam & Audit Remediation (EAR) Committee, and related follow up with individual finding owners and the Committee members, for interim status between monthly meetings.
- Attend bi-weekly User Access Group meetings and participate in ongoing projects and User Access initiatives as assigned including becoming the quality control reviewer for all periodic UA reviews.
- Assist ET and ISO with alerts in Company’s Security Information & Event Management solution (“SIEM”) assuring appropriate communication, escalation and/or acknowledgement of alerts.
- Assist ET, ISO, and Mortgage with user provisioning for Encompass access and report for ISO of configurations on a monthly basis to ensure oversight of system integrity and no SOD issues arise.
- Assist Fraud and BSA teams with Verafin configuration needs to ensure segregation of duties between users and configuration duties.
- Assist Fraud team with alert triage and reporting.
- Assist ISO with reporting of alerts from Business Risk Intelligence group at FISMIT.
- Monitor, assess and clear/escalate Data Loss Prevention alerts generated from the Company’s DLP solution.
- On a monthly basis, gather reports from all cyber systems for ISO for IS&T Committee packet as well as items for EAR packet.
- Track compliance with Business Continuity Program (“BCP”) and Pandemic testing and table top rotations and ensure all documents are uploaded to Intranet and distributed and acknowledged by Company-wide teams.
- Assist Risk with document gathering for vendor management requirements such as risk roll ups, risk tier ID’s and vendor information sheets.
- Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
- Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
- Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
- Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FIS, preferred
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and regulatory documents
- Strong project management and organization skills and ability to work with teams across an enterprise.
- Effective interpersonal communications.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's Degree, IT or business field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management). Significant work experience may substitute for a degree, Required
