Pay Range: $24.24 - $27.87 an hour, based on experience
Full Range: $24.24 - $29.69 an hour
Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational duties as related to account reconciliation process, trade settlement issues, the processing of new/existing client account paperwork, etc.
  • Maintain portfolio and trust accounting systems to ensure accurate security information, pricing, cost basis and account valuation
  • Actively participate in equity and fixed income trading work flow and assist with trade execution and settlement in a multi-custodial environment
  • Assist with process improvements and implementation within our current portfolio and trust accounting systems
  • Manage data related to outside manager and products on investment platform
  • Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs
  • Assists in portfolio performance and portfolio reporting
  • Interface daily with client facing staff, custodians and third party providers
  • Participate in the completion of special projects
  • Embrace and adhere to the First Western Core Values;
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field - Required
  • 1-3 years financial services/investment management with a focus on operations - Required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong relationship building and customer service experience both internally and externally
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information to solve problems
  • Proven experience working independently with little direct supervision
  • Experience with Advent APX, Moxy/FIX, and Advent utilities or other investment accounting software
  • Experience with trust accounting software
