Pay Range: $71,000 - $89,000 , based on experience
Full Range: $71,000 - $107,000
Classification: Full Time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves network/server issues
  • Prepare Documentations of Systems, Controls, and monitoring
  • Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system
  • Monitors usage and performance
  • Responsible for recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products
  • Proactively administers the networks of our managed services customers in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Independently prioritizes personal tasks in order to meet deadlines with consistency. Works at a team level to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Trains associates on established policies and procedures. Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management.
  • Collaborates with peers, management and/or internal business unit representatives as appropriate to identify and/or lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Provides support in the execution of various projects - generating automation level increases and other forms of efficiencies or cost savings.
  • Provides department-level support to the broad organization, acting as the final point of escalation and interacting with internal leaders to produce solutions and/or results.
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, SQL, Exchange, vmWare and Citrix.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization.
  • General knowledge and understanding of the financial services and/or information technology industries is required.
  • Strong social and emotional intelligence skills and ability to influence others effectively is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Resiliency and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Adaptability and comfort with periodic change.
  • Ability to work independently to gather information
  • Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
  • Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to drive to various locations.
