Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
Perform business systems analysis associated with change requests, projects, assessments, and escalated production issues. Responsible for technical assessments, analysis, requirements, configurations, testing, and implementation of incremental enhancements/change requests and other minor releases to FCB's systems, their associated interfaces, and business processes and procedures. Analyze and translate complex business requirements into a functional system design document. Provide leadership and support for system production issues, change requests, and maintenance. Maintain knowledge documentation. Configure systems and develop expertise in system functionality and design. Understand points of interaction and impact on other systems across the enterprise. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Consultant, Technical Lead, Technical Manager, Project Manager, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience implementing multi-currency solutions in Banking and Financial Industry. Requires experience with processing data in batch and real time. Requires experience with hands on development on coding SQL and PL/SQL queries and development of reusable components using PL/SQL and ETL tools. Requires experience with database technologies like Oracle or SQL Server. Requires experience supporting onshore/offshore teams for QA, UAT, production support, and vendors with their queries to resolve conflicts. Requires experience with reporting tools such as BOXI, Tableau, or related technologies. Requires experience working on production issues and application support. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
The base pay for this position is generally between $156,045 and $203,036 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
