Overview
Collaborate with developers, designers, and data engineers to define the onboarding technology infrastructure and data architecture. Develop and translate our high-level strategic vision into product roadmaps. Understand user needs, identify the problem and market opportunity, ideate solutions, prototype and validate hypotheses. Leverage data to unlock new experiences and features that will deliver the technologies. Evangelize our products to internal stakeholders and clients. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $111,000 - $140,800 per year. The position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications
Position requires a Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
• Resolving data analysis queries;
• SQL and data management;
• Key elements of user stories: Gherkin methods and APIs review and validations;
• Research methodologies and statistical analyses: project management 5D's, RICE and MOSCOW prioritization models;
• Leading the engineering teams as a product expert and configuration engineer; and
• Defining product success criteria with testing concepts and post-launch validations.
