What will you contribute?
This position is responsible for the global Desktop Engineering activities. Managing a team of 9 individuals this position reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Technology and Operations.
The successful applicant should have a keen interest in new and emerging technology, good management and technical skill set in desktop support and engineering.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Manage team capabilities to deliver modern workstations services
• Documentation, building policy, standard documentation.
• Desktop Management/All workstations conform to workstation standards

• Corporate and internal communications for desktop related activities.
• Desktop Vulnerability Management/Required SLA, KRI are maintained.
• Desktop Compliance/Meet and expand current desktop compliance
• Desktop Audits
• Assisting with Budgets
• Managing team performance and assigning Goals.
• Coaching team members to unlock their full potential.
• Attending and presenting meetings for key stakeholders
• Full accountability for capacity planning for project resources.

Required Experience:
• Desktop Engineering experience at least 3-5 years, strong technical background
• People Management experience at least 2-3 years
• Microsoft Intune.
• Software packaging and deployment
• NextGenAI is a plus
• Azure Services Entra id, office 365 services etc.
• Microsoft Autopilot
• Mac knowledge a plus
• Vulnerability management
• ITIL
• MECM
• Autopilot
• BitLocker/Defender
