What will you contribute?

This role will be responsible for generating business through new client acquisition and the sale of our Lending and Mortgage Solutions, including LaserPro and Mortgagebot. Your primary objective will be to identify and target new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and close business deals to exceed quota. You will perform discovery, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new clients.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Sales Executive will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate net new sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients to build a robust pipeline of new business.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales process, working with key stakeholders in product, business line, technology and procurement.
  • Leverage networking and industry events to establish connections and generate leads.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of each bank.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress in CRM.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness, reliability, and results-oriented behavior in all sales activities.
  • Travel required up to 35%.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships and grow book of business through consultative sales methodology.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates deep product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence.
