What will you contribute?
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Operations Manager to join our Finastra Payments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating marketing activities in line with key payment trends, running best-in-class global campaigns and strengthening our positioning in the market. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management and possess excellent communication skills with attention to detail. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Sales, Field Marketing, Product Management, and other teams to develop the voice of the customer and market insight, driving product and customer success.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sales Enablement
- Proactively orchestrate marketing activities to align with ongoing key payment trends, aiming to become the most admired and trusted payment solutions provider.
- Work with Product Marketing team to develop new thought leadership content based on industry trends and key topics with well-recognized industry analysts.
- Create and publish new case studies and client testimonial videos.
- Serve as a focal point for strategic initiatives, operations, and execution, assisting field marketing, sales, and SDRs.
External Positioning
- Boost authority and share of voice through global thought leadership content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Support internal, external and user group events to deliver our messaging effectively and contribute to agenda planning.
- Assist Product Marketing team with creation of social posts to promote PR, thought leadership, events and other marketing activities
- Collaborate with third-party partners on joint offering messages and content creation.
Market Insight & Analyst Engagement
- Identify and submit for industry awards to enhance Finastra Payments visibility and credibility.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities and positioning.
- Stay current on changes in the payments market globally and Finastra Payments position in the market through analyst interactions including organizing briefings, RFI responses, market announcements and regular touchpoints with analysts.
- Optimize messaging and positioning by analyzing effectiveness with industry insights and seeking analysts' feedback.
Program Management
- Work with Product Marketing team to plan yearly budgets, monitor ongoing expenses, and track spending
- Onboard suppliers, evaluate proposals, create and manage procurement requests, and follow up on invoices and payments.
- Work with Field Marketing and Product Marketing to design and lead integrated campaigns for Payments To Go, Financial Messaging and Global PayPlus to contribute to the MQL yearly target.
- Oversee central marketing campaign planning and execution, analyze performance, and monitor results to optimize tactics.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, project management, sales or communications
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Experience independently leading initiatives, managing and influencing multiple stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels, including the ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Understanding of marketing strategies, campaign management, and brand positioning
- Experience in budget planning and supplier management
- Team player and continuous learner with a proactive approach to work
