Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering the Product Strategy and Execution for the Application Test Toolkit (ATT). This toolkit is a crucial go-to-market strategy for the Lending Business Unit, enabling clients to independently test Finastra products. This capability supports both current and new clients, thereby expanding Finastra's product offerings and client base
Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Develop the ATT product roadmap and ensure alignment to the overall platform business strategy
• Contribute to the global product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements
• Prepare and present product plan, KPIs, and timelines both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved for Lending
• Maintain a high pace of product innovation based on customer feedback and market opportunity

• Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies
• Prioritize as necessary to execute against plan throughout the year
Requirements and Qualifications
• 10+ years' experience in Financial Services and Testing
• Understand current and future business requirements and translate into compelling narratives
• Ability to identify market trends and extract key requirements through customer engagements
• Highly analytical and possesses a data focused approach to decision making
• Proven ability to manage a diverse array of senior stakeholders. Comfortable presenting at C-level and ability to build credible and influential Exec-level relationships
• Significant domain knowledge within the Banking and Technology industries
• Client focused, self-directed
