Job Description
Marketing Operations is designed to help Corporate and BU Marketing operate as a fully accountable business by supporting planning, operational processes, performance measurement, analytics and reporting, financial tracking and marketing technologies. As part of the function the team manages the Martech Stack and creates reports off data and dashboards available from these systems.

General Profile
• Works independently, receives minimal guidance
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of Data analysis and Reporting and basic knowledge of the customer lifecycle
• Solves complex analytical problems; exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. oversight of data aggregation)
Functional Knowledge
• Basic understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Sentiment Analysis / NPS tool
• Understanding of Customer journey, importance of customer engagement, NPS
• Good with communication and presentation skills
• Has in-depth knowledge and expertise in Analytics and working knowledge of related Marketing job disciplines
• Exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and structures key trade-off decisions
Interpersonal Skills
• Good communication skills capable of explaining difficult or sensitive information

Responsibility
- Manage some Martech systems as agreed with the Line Manager
- Own the CS / NPS platform from an operational and administrative perspective
- Agree target audience with stakeholders, create and conduct NPS surveys
- Collect data and analyse
- Create and report on dashboards and offline reports
- Manage stakeholders
- Analyse qualitative inputs and 360deg of processes with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Own customer communications
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or related discipline is required
- Strong analytical ability and experienced in data extraction, analysis, and reporting using data visualization, business intelligence, analytics and automation tools, and knowledge on using AI / ML techniques
- Skilled in using Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools, marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua or the like), CRM systems (Salesforce), and Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including the ability to build and manage complex pivot tables, generate insightful charts, and write advanced nested formulas.
- Experience with Customer Engagement / Experience / Sentiment analysis / NPS would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of marketing or sales operations, field marketing or demand generation, and statistical techniques and concepts preferred
- Great attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- "Seasoned professional" with at least 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics and some team leadership
- Experience working for a software, technology or finance firm is a plus
