Job Summary: This position is an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our team of business and technical consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business and technical consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Client Engagement: Oversee client interactions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality implementation, training, and configuration services.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during client engagements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
