Vice President, Threat Management
The Role
Effectively lead Fidelity's Threat Management Program across the global enterprise to ensure the safety of our associates and customers. Leads organizational threat management team and activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, project management, professional development, and process improvements. Works directly with several business units within the enterprise to deliver on the Threat Management Program's objectives. Understanding their firm's risk landscape, while engaging and executing on key initiatives while exercising sound judgement is a critical aspect of this role.

• Demonstrated experience leading teams identifying threatening or concerning behavior,
working with key partners to gather information to assess risk of unwanted outcomes, and
implementing appropriate interventions

• 15+ years of confirmed experience in threat management in a corporate or government
environment is required.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams to
perform at their best
• 5+ years of experience in senior leadership role(s) is required.
• Acute ability to cultivate relationships with business unit leadership and key business partners
• Exceptional ability to work independently and under pressure to handle critical time sensitive
matters and priorities
• Advanced knowledge of the threat management framework, principles, and risk mitigation
strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience is required.

The Team
The Threat Management team is part of the broader Protective Services team, which in turn is part of Fidelity's Global Security team. The threat management team is a highly valued team dedicated to mitigating risk for the firms associates, clients and assets.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Some roles may have unique onsite requirements. Please consult with your recruiter for the specific expectations for this position.

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-226,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
