Job Description:
The Vice President, Strategy & Planning leader within Enterprise Technology HR will leverage strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to lead planning, prioritization and workstream activities, including driving alignment within Fidelity Technology and the broader Fidelity organization. Working in close partnership with the Head of ET HR and ET HR Leadership Team you will lead the evolution of our Tech Talent Strategy and strategic initiatives that support it.
This role will require significant daily prioritization and the ability to drive multiple efforts simultaneously. It is a highly analytical position and requires delivery of results as both an individual contributor and through influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.

- 15+ years of related work experience
- Exceptional analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven experiences driving large, sophisticated programs with matrixed, cross-functional, and cross-organizational teams

- Ability to represent large complex problems and solutions at the right level for senior leader consumption and decision making
- Proven track record assisting leaders in running their organization - establishing core routines and clear metrics to effectively manage the cross-functional efforts of the team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen actively, present ideas, synthesize feedback, and formulate an action plan
- Proven track record of collaborating, building relationships and influencing to facilitate consensus and drive outcomes across a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience with measurement, evaluation, and reporting on programs and initiatives tied to business outcomes.

- Technical understanding of talent strategies and objectives to facilitate annual and quarterly planning and scorecard cycles
- Strategic reporting: measuring the progress, effectiveness and outcomes of the tech talent programs and initiatives
- Influencing leadership on key decisions with clear and concise recommendations derived from data analysis
- Establishing trust and credibility to drive alignment across ET/FT HR that supports Fidelity Technology goals and monitors key performance indicators to provide insights
- Optimizing the team's operating model to maximize scale and efficiency
