The Role
The Fidelity Brokerage Talent, Learning and Inclusion (TLI) organization is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for people that can use their strategic delivery, business analysis and consultation experience to help drive better outcomes for leaders, associates, and the firm. The Sr. Manager, Talent & Learning Enablement will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy behind key initiatives that support our leader and associate populations. This role will be responsible for the annual/quarterly planning processes, prioritizing key initiatives, and managing the intake of new projects to ensure alignment with Fidelity Brokerage and TLI goals. This role will partner closely with Change Management, Data Analytics, HR Business Partners, and TLI Leaders.

Responsibilities may require you to:
- Manage the TLI initiative prioritization process, along with the annual and quarterly planning cycles while assessing value, speed, and alignment of proposed initiatives
- Partner with FB Change Management team on all TLI communications and initiative-level campaigns to drive broad awareness and people leader accountability across Fidelity Brokerage
- Partner with FB Data Analytics team on the planning of TLI Dashboards, Reporting, and overall Health strategy, including measurement and evaluation of programs and insights to drive decisions and actions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and create consistent routines to build awareness and understanding of TLI initiatives (HRLT deep-dives, HRLT/Talent QBR updates, SLT and ELT TLI updates/spotlights)
- Partner with TLI Leaders to support Leader Enablement, delivering impactful leader programs and learning events.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in a variety of disciplines preferred including consulting, communications, talent management, learning development, leadership development, strategy and planning, and change management.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations

- Strong understanding and ability to create routines and a strategy to drive greater accountability and visibility for enablement of organizational work (i.e., quarterly business reviews, manager advisory council)
- Ability to partner with program owners, change management and communications to write, edit and deliver streamlined and effective communications to leaders and associates
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with partners across multiple disciplines
- Act as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
- Ensure intake and planning processes are flexible and adaptable to changing business needs while maintaining focus on long term objectives
