The HR Squad Leader/product lead role is accountable for providing oversight and driving enhancements to Fidelity's use of Workday and Beamery for our recruiting (talent acquisition) and core HR processes/practices including compensation. The Expertise And Skills You Bring:
You'll lead the effort to identify, design and deliver Workday and Beamery product features to support Fidelity's HR team in the areas of Recruiting and Core HR activities (e.g. terminations, job changes, maintaining worker data). You'll own/support key HR and/or Enterprise sponsored projects needing solutions from HR. You'll develop and implement a roadmap of product enhancements based on Workday, Beamery and other vendor solutions and capabilities. You and your squad will partner with your Scrum Master and customers to prioritize and deliver MVP solutions. You'll be expected to influence vendor capabilities to optimize solutions for squad's product areas. You'll help assist in managing production support and/or incident resolution in which leadership involvement required. You'll serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners and other business partners in service delivery for existing product functionality being utilized across Fidelity. You'll manage our practices to test, validation and implementation of changes in Workday & Beamery. You'll help identify product gaps and/or future solution opportunities and help influence Workday/Beamery product roadmaps. And you'll partner with other HR Product/Squad Leads and broader HR Platform team to provide holistic solutions to our Fidelity associates, managers and other product users.
- Prior Workday, Beamery, Recruiting/Talent Acquistion knowledge a plus
- Agile Methodologies / Mindset / Experience
- Prior Product or Vendor management experience preferred
- Understanding of an HR technology eco-system with prior HR experience preferred
- Ability to translate conceptual product features into solution options and drive consensus
- Ability to assess and set priority, manage prioritization and provide timely follow-up and resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Product management and/or technology

The HR Tools and Platform group within HR partners heavily with our Corporate Technology Group to deliver modern solutions for our Fidelity HR team. With expertise in supporting and advancing some of the most industry-leading technology platforms for use by HR, you'll be part of a team sought after for our ability to solve problems, digitize our processes and improve our effectiveness and efficiency across all of HR.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
