The Role

Interested in leading a dynamic and fun squad within a multifaceted, and growing organization? Join us as we execute on our vision to deliver innovate solutions to drive all aspects of IICG and IWMS client management and growth!

Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS) and the Intermediary Investment Client Group (IICG) use Client Relationship Management (CRM) and as a key driver of the associate experience for sales, relationship management, consulting & client service teams. IWMS has been using the Salesforce platform a key strategic asset & capability since 2018. IICG will migrate from a homegrown CRM to Salesforce in Q3 2025.

The squad leader will lead one of the squads tasked with reimagining and building out the IICG sales team experience using Salesforce. Once IICG migrates to Salesforce, this squad leader will change focus to delivering on the long-term strategic roadmaps supporting IWMS and IICG. As the squad leader, you blend the ability to align business needs and technology with a passion for delivering results. You will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors or equivalent with 10+ years of experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in product leadership, management, product development or strategy
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You possess outstanding organization skills with proven experience leading technology teams
  • You are an empowering leader who is proficient in Agile
  • You have a level of curiosity, creativity, and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • You have expertise in applying Salesforce capabilities to drive client/business value
  • Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to empower and establish team and partner support and alignment
  • Partnering with senior business leadership to understand the details of our business and their specific needs as we cultivate our business users into a thriving data driven organization
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development, and learning
  • Bring to bear the power of Salesforce to implement meaningful changes and deliver insights to key user groups

The Team

This role is part of the CRM Product Area supporting both IWMS (in FBOT) and IICG (in FI). The product area sits in the IWMS Go-To-Market and Strategy organization. The squad leader will lead a cross-functional team in close partnership with the other CRM squad leaders, chapter leaders, and squad leaders across FI's Marketing, Portfolio Construction and Data product areas.
