The Role
At Fidelity Labs, the Technical Implementation Consultant is essential to the ongoing success and growth of our dynamic SaaS startup, Saifr. We provide innovative software solutions to financial institutions, enabling them to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, adverse media, AML, and fraud. Our mission is to empower clients with actionable insights, improve compliance, and safeguard their reputation. You will manage large volumes of data, ensuring accurate and timely uploads across different formats. You'll also develop and maintain API integrations for seamless data exchange, implement and lead SSO solutions, and coordinate data migration projects to ensure data integrity. Additionally, effective technical communication with clients and internal teams will be key to your role.

The Value You Deliver
- Manage and guide the customer through the process of data formatting and data ingestion.
- Manage different formats of data, ensuring compatibility and accuracy across systems.
- Develop and maintain API integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Implement and lead SSO solutions to enhance user authentication and access control.
- Coordinate data migration projects, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle sophisticated reporting requirements, generating detailed and insightful reports for various partners.
- Leverage experience in the trust and safety industry to contribute to the company's dedication to secure and reliable service (preferred).
- Liaise with client technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members to improve collaboration and understanding.
Skills
- Experience with data formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML to ensure compatibility and accuracy across systems.
- Solid understanding of developing and maintaining API integrations.
- Experience with tools like Postman for testing and debugging APIs.
- Expertise in implementing and leading SSO solutions using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD.
- Experience overseeing data migration projects, including planning and implementing migration strategies.
- Strong skills in SQL for querying databases and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of Prometheus.
- Ability to create custom scripts and methods to provide a seamless integration experience for customers. Including but not limited to, writing scripts for cleaning data and interpreting model and system outputs for metrics.
- Experience generating detailed reports using Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Preferred Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or advisory position
- Exposure to B2B SaaS environments
- Experience with AI or AI powered technologies
- Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas to encourage customer happiness and adoption
- Experience in the trust and safety industry
