Job Description:
As a Systems Analyst within the AccessHub group, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your work will contribute directly to the development and integration of scalable connectivity solutions that align with the organization's identity strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will help manage and refine the product backlog, support prioritization of initiatives, and ensure that delivery milestones are met. Your responsibilities will include analyzing system integration needs, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring that connectivity patterns are efficient, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
- Proficiency in tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud or other off the shelf IGA products
- Deep understanding of provisioning, de-provisioning, and access request workflows
- Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), and SoD (Segregation of Duties)
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and other methods for integrating IGA with other systems
- Analytical thinking to assess complex identity and access scenarios and propose effective solutions
- Communication skills for explaining technical concepts and writing clear documentation
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving to identify root causes of access issues and implement sustainable fixes
- Adaptability in dynamic environments with evolving technologies and regulations
The Team
The Workforce Identity & Access Management product line team provides provisioning, lifecycle management and control assessment solutions to technology teams and applications across Fidelity's business units. We are responsible for providing capabilities that provide secure, stable access in a manner which ultimately improves Fidelity's risk posture, ensures compliance with policy standards, and reduces the overall cybersecurity threat landscape facing the firm.
