Senior Software Engineer in Test
Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) organization is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in test to join one of the Client Reporting squads within our Data Out - Analytics, Insights and Reporting domain tasked with modernizing the outbound reporting platform and strategy within our market leading global equity compensation platform.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required
- Playwright, Selenium knowledge good to have but not must
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases, like Oracle or Postgres, and data lake/warehouse concepts, such as Snowflake
- Experience with PL/SQL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
- Familiarity with business intelligence reporting platforms, such as Power BI, would be advantageous
- Expert knowledge in test automation frameworks and demonstrate proficiency, quality and passion in your coding ability
- Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, Restful API's, Enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ, Kafka
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash

You will be working with a team of business leaders and technologists focused on delivering a modern solution to Client Reporting via Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems. This role demands significant collaboration between members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project. As a technical associate, you will be working directly to shape our technology vision and will have a real impact on our Workplace Investing organization's success.
Stock Plan Services administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services over 1.6M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries.
