The Role
The HR Corporate Services Risk Team is looking for a passionate, hard-working team member to help support the business in identifying, monitoring and mitigating risks in order protect the interests of the firm and our customers.
As a Sr. Manager, you should be able to identify and assess risk, perform data analytics, work cross-organizationally, successfully cultivate relationships that enables you to develop and communicate recommendations for risk associated with human resources and payroll regulatory compliance.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
We are seeking a strategic and adaptable professional with a Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of industry experience, including a strong background in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance testing, along with a solid understanding of human resources functions and processes. This role requires the ability to articulate and support the vision, mission, and strategy of Risk, while thinking creatively to challenge current practices and recommend improvements that mitigate risk and drive positive change. The candidate should be proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau, and capable of distilling complex information into clear, concise executive summaries for senior leadership. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience mentoring junior associates are essential. Success in this role also depends on building inclusive, collaborative relationships across key business partners, including HR, Payroll Operations, Global Mobility, Benefits, Corporate Tax, and Legal.
