Senior Manager, Product Management - Brokerage Product Experience Delivery

The Role

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, supporting a Brokerage Experience Squad, you will work closely with your Squad Leader to create and execute on the product vision. You will leverage a robust product management skillset to support delivery of Brokerage products, including refining product requirements, building backlogs, conducting detailed testing, and supporting product releases and product support. You will draw on subject matter expertise and experience in self-directed investing including Equities/ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, Margin within Research, Trading, Monitoring, ATN & engagement experiences. You also bring demonstrated customer centricity and familiarity with customer needs / sentiment. Additionally, this role will support the Brokerage Team and Product Area squad leaders with Brokerage expertise & skills as needed and may be redeployed to other Brokerage product teams based on business need.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and refine product requirements for web &/or mobile experiences
• Translate product data & customer feedback into actionable product features and prioritized backlog
• Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality experiences to serve our wide range of self-directed customer segments
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and contribute to sprint planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Engage with customers, developers, and partners to gather insights and validate product decisions.
• Conduct thorough product testing from robust suite of use cases and leveraging testing tools in partnership with engineering team members
• Engage with partner teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery that meets business, product & technology requirements
• Flexibility to support other Brokerage products/experiences to continue to drive our robust portfolio of Brokerage Experiences & Capabilities

• Background in Brokerage / Self-Directed investing, including demonstrated familiarity with Equities/ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, Margin and trading strategies

• Product development experience in agile delivery environment, experience in web & mobile a strong plus
• Customer obsessed with a desire to resolve the pain points that customers encounter on Fidelity's platforms

• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills- ability to write clear, concise product documentation and communications with great attention to detail

• Highly motivated and proactive- always looking to find ways to add value and solve problems when they arise without waiting to take orders

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance short-, medium- and long-term tasks and priorities

• BA/BS required

• Series 7, 63 preferred or ability to acquire.
