Senior Manager, Operations Excellence

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Operations Excellence to join our team of internal consultants and process engineers who will drive strategy and reengineering initiatives within the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) operating environment.

In this role, you will join a team of change leaders focused on analyzing, designing, implementing process improvements, and improving the associate experience across various business functions. You will collaborate with business partners to design and implement enhanced business capabilities, creating a more scalable and flexible operating environment while achieving consistent quality. Your goal will be to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement methodologies. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent analytic and communication skills who can work across business operations and technology teams.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ yrs of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with operational strategy, strategic analysis and execution, design thinking, and large-scale process re-engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in process improvement, design thinking, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new ideas.
