The Role
The Senior Manager role on the Enterprise Fidelity Technology HR Team is critical to delivering value and a great experience for Technology's greatest asset - our people! You will be involved in all aspects of the Talent Strategy which includes, compensation, talent management, performance, development and diversity and inclusion and will provide direct leaders support to enable successful implementation of people practices. You will be involved in key HR projects and provide data and analytics to help leaders with understanding their workforce. This role will prepare you for a bright future in HR. This role will primarily support leaders within the Technology Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Team.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven ability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage several priorities in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, having comfort with ambiguity.
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for helping an organization achieve greatness through its associates and leaders.
- Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to 'tell the story' and communicate complex information to influence executive decision making.
- Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to business decisions and quality analytics.
- Demonstrated independence, autonomy, resourcefulness, and accountability when completing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactively building collaborative and consultative relationships with peers and leaders/managers,
- Confidence to provide HR consultation and mentorship to guide and advise leaders/managers in initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and pragmatically to complete and deliver the human capital strategy.
- Good judgment, strong business intuition, and understanding of how people and talent strategies can drive business results.

The Value You Deliver
- Develop, align, and complete programs and initiatives in support of the business strategy.
- Work alongside with partners in Compensation to ensure alignment to, and understanding of, compensation philosophies and strategies.
- Drive the integration of performance and business management processes to ensure clarity of goals and expectations for business results, align performance with rewards, and drive a culture of accountability for results.
- Assess organizational efficiency from multiple views of impact and either develop or advise on the development of solutions to support business strategy.
- Use data, measures, and people analytics to provide key insights and influence organizational and talent decisions.
- Identify organizational capabilities and associated talent needs to deliver business results and build a plan to address using talent management tools and resources.
- Manage and implement organizational change initiatives.
- Partner closely with talent management team to complete initiatives that identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward associates.
- Ensure development solutions are in place to close gaps and build capability & bench strength vital for future leaders.
- Help to coordinate staffing/sourcing strategies and selection process for key roles.
- May assist in inquiries regarding Employee Relations, working with legal, risk, compliance, and security.
