Senior Manager, Advisor Oversight
The Role
Strategic Advisers' Advisor Oversight Team is responsible for due diligence, on-boarding, and ongoing oversight of third party providers primarily in the Strategic Adviser Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Account Programs, as well as in other Fidelity Asset Management product offerings. We provide risk and oversight guidance for product initiatives. The Team supports the strategic growth of SAI, the broader Asset Management, and our distribution channels through sub-advised funds and separately managed account offerings.
- Supporting aspects of the initial due diligence process for third party providers
- Preparing Board reporting in support of initial candidate presentations, quarterly reporting, and annual contract renewals
- Coordinating oversight materials in support of quarterly Steering Committee and Board meetings
- Providing relationship management for third party providers through periodic and ad-hoc engagements
- Liaising with internal and external partners on implementation activities
- Supporting multi-program initiatives, including but not limited to alignment of due diligence and oversight processes across the team's engagements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years working experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Background in financial services, compliance, operations, or relationship management a plus
- Your experience working collaboratively with firm-wide teams
- Your attention to detail and strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Your ability to own initiatives and issues and see them through to completion
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- An ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities
- Sound judgment regarding when to escalate issues and concerns
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism
The Team
The Strategic Advisers Advisor Oversight team is seeking a motivated individual to support the initial due diligence, ongoing oversight, and implementation for third party providers. In this role the individual will be responsible for providing support to our investment team and safeguarding Fidelity's reputation for our Board of Trustees and Shareholders. The individual will be responsible for maintaining relationships within SAI, internal cross company business partners, and external partners at both the management and working team levels. Oversight activities include quarterly reviews, annual contract renewals and brokerage reporting.
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
