The Team

We're seeking an analytics professional who brings creativity, curiosity, and collaboration to the table, someone eager to lead data-driven initiatives grounded in strong hypotheses and business relevance. This role requires more than reporting outcomes; we're looking for a thinker who relentlessly pursues the why behind the data to uncover root causes and drive meaningful impact. As part of CKSI (Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights), you'll collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams across both product domains and core business operations. This role offers broad exposure to a range of business leaders and initiatives, giving you the opportunity to connect insights across different parts of the organization to drive meaningful impact. This is an individual contributor role.

• 5+ years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions, including experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Experience in designing and developing dashboards & reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
• Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
• Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Data or Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance. MBA or MS degree a plus

• Continuously improving data analytics and insights capabilities and spreading that knowledge and expertise throughout the organization
• Delivering data-driven and actionable insights to enable objective, informed business, and product decisions
