Senior Graphic Designer
The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer for Corporate Services will create presentations and visual design for Fidelity's Corporate Services group and executive leadership, creating main-stage slides, reporting packages, and more. You will work closely with Corporate Services leaders to bring their stories to life through creative problem solving and visualization of complex data. You will collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Creative Solutions team on firm-wide initiatives. To be successful in this role, the prospective candidate should be a self-starter who possesses strong visual design skills, keen attention to detail, and demonstrate confidence working across the organization at all levels. Having intellectual curiosity and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment is a must.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8+ years' experience in professional setting; financial industry experience preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills and demonstrated experience creating graphics & slides used in executive-level or client-facing presentations
- Experience with Think Cell or excel charting is critical
- Strong organizational skills to monitor presentation deadlines and manage processes to create key deliverables
- An eye for accuracy and quality review of materials and data produced by others
- Executive presence and maturity to interact with senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with analytical tools & techniques is a plus
- Digitally savvy and passionate about engaging digital communications
- Creative and independent problem solver
- Experience leading projects from end to end

The Team
Enterprise Strategy & Planning helps define Fidelity and Corporate Service's strategy and financial results, as well as help to execute against our strategic plan and top priorities. The team builds many highly visible presentations, including for All Associate meetings, board meetings, and quarterly management reviews.
