Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Role

  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop solutions and overall strategies that address complex business needs and opportunities
  • Gather business/system requirements, analyze, and document the same.
  • Accountable for successful delivery of robust and high performing software solution features and functions, including design, development, quality assurance and production release
  • You will serve as a leader and mentor to other technologists within the organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in complex IT projects/initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field.
  • This position requires strong Dot Net with Java, Spring Boot and Cloud experience.
  • Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications with expertise of debugging complex Dot Net monolithic applications and able to make enhancements.
  • Experience in Jenkins and CICD pipeline
  • A quick learner and willing to take initiative.
  • Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
  • Proven hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints.
  • Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals.

It's a 8 member squad working on the Financial Operations area for both legacy and Java based applications on Cloud.
