Job Description:
Senior Full Stack Engineer
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Accelerators Team within Stock Plan Services, you will help lead, support, and develop the modernization of our financial accounting offering at Fidelity. You will help build out new and existing API's and stored procedures to automate the process of modernizing our financial accounting and reporting offering. This role will offer an opportunity to participate in a distributed team at the center of WI by managing the build out the modernization of our existing offering and bringing new offerings to ensure our clients are able to use SPS's state-of-the-art platform.
You will work with multiple teams across Fidelity and work with pioneering technology to be part of an exciting Team within Stock Plan Services.

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Experience in REST API development
- Experience in Java Development.
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in UI framework (Angular) and/or HTML/CSS
- Knowledge in PLSQL (stored procedure build out) and relational database technologies.
- Nice to Have Skills: Informatica or Snaplogic, Python, Snowflake, Cloud Technologies (Azure)
- Full understanding of the software development process.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Available to join an on-call production support rotation as needed.

- Support and develop API's.
- Support the build out Oracle Stored Procedures and Informatica workflows.
- Lead and support Financial Accounting Offering Build out.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external partner teams.
- Support and develop with security in mind.
- Watch and track industry trends.
The Team
Our Squad (Accelerators) specializes in Financial Accounting Modernization across Stock Plan Services and WI. We build and own our own APIs in addition to supporting partner teams with their integration into other Stock Plan offerings. We also are pioneers of cutting-edge technology and create and implement POC's to be used across WI.
