Job Description:
The Role
This position provides sophisticated administrative support to the Regional Center Leader. Excellent communications skills will be constantly put to the test, as will your ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously as you serve as a focal point of a multifaceted, fast-paced business environment! As a key member of the team, you will influence the work of the team by assisting with key meetings, events, travel, calendar management and projects.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- At least 5 years of administrative support experience to executives
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Professional demeanor and previous corporate environment experience required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education or experience
- Polished executive assistant with professional maturity and attention to detail who can optimally work with all levels of associates, including senior management.
- Possess strong Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ability to communicate clearly and optimally.
- Proactive and forward looking, with a strong sense of ownership and involvement with the ability to see clarification or assistance as needed.
- Highly organized, reactive, and able to prioritize multiple requests and projects
- Possess strong problem-solving skills. Must be flexible, collaborative, and willing to adjust your work style to suit an evolving organization.
