Risk Manager - PMO & Corporate Services Risk Implementation

Fidelity Investments is looking for a dynamic Risk Manager to join our team! In this role, you will have the outstanding opportunity to work cross functionally to protect the interests of our risk teams, firm and our customers, as well as drive the implementation of risk framework across business partners.

The Businesses We Support

Our Corporate Services Risk team provides Business Unit Risk support to a variety of Fidelity's Corporate Functions, including Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Fidelity Real Estate Company, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, as well as building out risk support model across other Corporate Services functions.

In addition to supporting business functions, the team supports senior leadership in helping drive strategic initiatives, enabling effective execution to help position organization to deliver sustainable value to our business partners and achieve long term objectives.

Your Role

You will collaborate with the Director of Implementation, PMO & Talent to support cross functional activities within FFIO, Corporate Services, Global Locations, and Enterprise Resiliency Risk Teams, such as reporting, meetings and events, financial budgeting, talent and development programs, as well as implementing the Corporate Services Risk framework with new business partners.

The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelors' Degree required
  • 3+ years' industry experience including Project Management, Audit or other Risk Management activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership or project management experience
  • Ambitious and determined approach to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced setting

  • Experienced with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI); ability to apply data analytics to assess and monitor potential risks, providing actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Supports leadership in building out comprehensive reporting including but not limited to developing operational tracking to demonstrate progress on strategic execution, operational metrics, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and shift focus quickly based on risk/business need
  • Communicates clearly, concisely and impactfully in order to influence others
  • Builds strong and inclusive working relationships, in person and virtually, with business partners and colleagues
