Job Description:
The Role
The UX Research Operations team is responsible for growing the learning velocity across the organization by enabling the summarization and distribution of insights. We are looking for someone with excellent technical writing, video editing and content management skills and is passionate about improving users' experiences, and understands how research synthesis can drive better business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Generate clear, concise, and consistent research summaries for our insights repository
- Develop, communicate, and maintain guidelines for maintaining our research documentation and tagging standards
- Develop in-house training for both consumers and contributors of our research
- Create 'push' strategy for insights, in both written and video formats, to drive adoption and increase the customer voice within our product development process
- Refine internal process documentation to optimize for clarity and brevity
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, documentation, and communication channels within the research operations framework
- Build and distribute a weekly team newsletter highlighting important team updates, events, and key achievements

The ability to:
- Handle and organize large amounts of information
- Manage content management systems, grouping/tagging content, and maintain taxonomies
- Use computer programs, databases, and information management systems
- Write clear and effective communications to various audiences
- Optimally search for, evaluate, and analyze information
- Edit and produce short videos
- Provide helpful and efficient service to company staff
- Establish and maintain content standards across an organization
- Lead projects, maintain project timelines, and influence direction without explicit authority
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and objectives
- Make connections within a large organization
A degree or equivalent experience in Library and Information Science (MLIS) is helpful but not required.

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
