The Role
Looking for your next opportunity to innovate and drive growth? National Charitable Services (NCS) is seeking a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset. A product owner with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee the product delivery of new, innovative offerings that deliver customer value and align to National Charitable Service's future vision. This includes:
- Bringing together a team of squad members to deliver on specific product features and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Enabling working iteratively, innovating through testing and experimentation and learning from transparent feedback and failures while celebrating success.
- Understanding the technology ecosystem (standards, practices, processes & tools); translating, defining and understanding technical requirements needed to deliver capabilities/features.
- Reporting to the Product Area Leader and matrixed accountability to functional Chapter Leaders for quality delivery and releases of discrete product features and capabilities; as well as talent planning and squad member development.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Owns alignment on "what" and "when" work is performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. Partners with other product delivery owners to influence broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements to set and refine the mission. Responsible for balancing strategic and program level requirements in the product with core and maintenance changes including TLM, enterprise technology strategy prioritization.
- BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in digital product development and financial services preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with institutional clients including financial advisor firms preferred
- Ability to lead and improve sophisticated programs while demonstrating positive relationship skills across business teams such as technology, service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal/risk/compliance
- Ability to coach and empower team to prioritize work, focus on execution, identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress
- Data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into action, and measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics
- Agile, Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.

Since 1991, Fidelity Charitable has introduced tens of thousands of donors to the benefits - and increased charitable impact - of using a donor-advised fund to meet their philanthropic goals. Fidelity Charitable is governed by an independent Board of Trustees, which has hired Fidelity Investments as the service provider to the charity. Fidelity Investments, through National Charitable Services, provides all the charitable organization's employees and supports all its functions: Program Development, Marketing, Service Delivery, Change Management, Relationship Management, Finance, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Fundraising.
