As a Product Delivery Manager, you leverage your expertise in Product Delivery and Business Analysis to effectively drive business deliverables across the entire Product Development Life Cycle. Your deep empathy for customers, ability to clearly define problems and uncover opportunities, talent for collaborating across diverse teams, and drive to craft and implement innovative solutions truly set you apart.

There are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Manager in Product Solutions:

  • Strategy: Understanding the problem or the 'why' and aligning it to the mission
  • Execution: This is where and how the work gets done
  • Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Typically, > 3 years of experience working within an Agile team focused on delivery, technology, and software development. Must possess good analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • Typically, > 2 years of client-facing experience working with a team developing reporting and or analytics solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in business or a relevant technology leadership field is advantageous
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating requirements workshops: skillfully conducting journey and story mapping exercises, while precisely defining acceptance criteria
  • Proven success in managing initiatives within a complex ecosystem, with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the domain
