Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with product owners, development teams & stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. Your problem solving and analytical skills along with ability to synthesize findings, developing practical and realistic recommendations, and communicate results will help you excel at this position. It's a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.

The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline
7+ years of strong systems analysis experience preferably in a financial services setting. Knowledge of Asset Management an added bonus!
Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation
Outstanding conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations
Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and non-technical
Superb communication skills - written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience with SQL
Deep knowledge of scrum tools - Jira experience desirable
