Technical / Behavioral
- Cloud Expertise: Proficient in AWS and its various services such as EKS, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, Route 53, Lambda, etc.
- Kubernetes Expertise: Experienced in designing scalable and robust systems on Kubernetes, preferably EKS.
- Programming Skills: Expert in at least one programming language, preferably Java or Go.
- DevOps Knowledge: Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and other DevOps practices.
- Solution Development: Capable of independently building solutions and taking them to production with minimal guidance.
- API Development: Knowledgeable in API development, lifecycle management, and gateways like APIGEE or Envoy.
- Mentorship: Able to guide and mentor junior engineers effectively.
- REST API Creation: Skilled in building secure REST APIs from scratch, using industry best practices like OpenID, OAuth2.0, SSL, etc.
- Debugging Skills: Excellent at identifying and resolving issues in both code and infrastructure.
- System Design: Expert in designing Tier 0 systems and platforms, participating in system architecture.
- Open Source Understanding: Strong grasp of the open-source ecosystem.
- Team Collaboration: A good team player with the ability to work across functional teams.
