The Role
Are you passionate about crafting innovative and impactful learning experiences to drive associate performance and business impact? We are seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer to lead the design and development of impactful learning solutions for the Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations and Fidelity Fund & Investment Operations Technology business groups! In this role, you will serve as the lead designer on a portfolio of critical talent initiatives, ensuring our learning solutions meet the needs of our learners and align with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate with Performance Consultants, L&D associates, Business Partners, and Line HR leaders as you design and develop learning solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Advanced degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Learning Design & Technology, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
- Expert skill in the preparation of cohesive, in-depth design documents and project plans, for performance improvement initiatives and highly complex talent development projects.
- Advanced skill in articulating recommendations and justifications for learning design considerations based on learning industry standards.
- Proven expertise designing with innovative learning methodologies and theories that meet audience and business needs. Proficiency in applying cognitive and behavioral learning theories to design effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Variety of prior experience designing blended learning solutions, beyond instructor led training and eLearning, that exemplify scientifically validated practices in instructional and visual design.
- Advanced digital literacy in content tools and systems to include or similar to domin
- Know Flow, Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Advanced project management skills, including the ability to lead project plans, re-negotiate project plans as they relate to the strategic portfolio, and ensure logistics are aligned with the solution.
