Principal Cloud Engineer
The Role
Do you enjoy working on cloud technologies and creating innovative solutions? Do you want to collaborate with like-minded engineers across the globe? You will work within the Enterprise API platform team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Strong Golang (preferred) or JAVA development knowledge and experience in configuring and deploying applications in a public cloud like Azure/AWS.
- Expertise and experience with CI/CD Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as GitHub, Artifactory and Jenkins.
- Hands on experience working with Kubernetes.
- Experience with configuring alerts (i.e. Helm Charts) and monitors to create a highly available platform, e.g. Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
- Experience in designing, creating and deploying automated processes to install, upgrade and rehydrate resources in public cloud and on-premise environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to triage and resolve production issues and outages
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
