The Role
Our Content Studio team is looking for a UX designer to join a new creative function within WI Marketing. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this newly formed team, you will work closely with our web publishing team to create best in class web experiences for our B2B and B2C audiences. You will keep the end user at the center of everything we do, ensuring we are delivering world-class digital end-to-end experiences for our associates and customers.
You'll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.

Responsibilities of the role include
- Delivers work that is not only user-friendly and aesthetically engaging, but also produces results
- Responding to and interpreting research
- Maintain integrity of templates and overall site UX
- Drives innovation across the team
- Leads the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
- Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influences decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
- Develops high level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5-10 years of UX or related experience is preferred
- Ability to design across all channels including web, native, and automated
- A foundation of development knowledge, both web and mobile
- Familiarity with the value of design systems, understanding reuse and scale, and knowing when to contribute to make them better
- Distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
- A customer-first mentality
- Strong visual design skills
- Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
- Be adept at following brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward
- Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization without formal authority
- Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of getting it done, and driving initiatives from concept through launch

Our newly formed Integrated Marketing Experience team was formed with the goal of innovating new ways to tell our stories, leveraging technology in format and delivery, to optimize message effectiveness. We find new and exciting ways to communicate the value of Fidelity and our true differentiators through events, responses, experiences, and channel marketing.
