The Role
The Investment Production Analyst serves as a product marketing specialist, responsible for the ongoing and timely delivery of financial product marketing collateral across a broad range of investment vehicles and strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Fidelity's financial products, compliance standards, data quality, and collateral production capabilities.
The primary focus of this position is supporting Fidelity's Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions organization products, primarily Model Portfolio and Custom Separately Managed Account (SMA) capabilities. Core responsibilities include managing and delivering a variety of product collateral needs, including Model Portfolio Allocation Flyers and Performance Commentaries, product factsheets, client presentations, and ad-hoc reporting. All deliverables must meet strict standards for accuracy, design consistency, compliance, and industry best practices.

- Overseeing the end-to-end production and timely delivery of key marketing materials-including Model Portfolio Allocation Flyers and Performance Commentaries, factsheets, reports, and presentations-for ongoing distribution cycles. Ensuring all collateral remains current and compliant by aligning with evolving design standards, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and data accuracy throughout the entire production lifecycle
- Acting as a production specialist with proficiency in managing and updating marketing collateral across multiple platforms, including PowerPoint, InDesign, and/or Seismic.
- Ensuring data and product information accuracy, maintaining brand and design consistency, and executing revisions thoroughly and efficiently
- Managing and maintaining marketing collateral data that includes product and index performance, portfolio holdings, characteristics, attribution, market trends, competitor insights, and peer group analysis. Leveraging expertise in both internal systems and third-party financial platforms to optimize data acquisition through feeds and customized reporting solutions
- Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution and delivery of assigned marketing materials.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with a strong foundation in communication and research
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or financial services
- Proven ability to manage and maintain collateral libraries with a focus on consistency and brand standards
- Highly detail-oriented with a track record of producing accurate, high-quality work
- Solid understanding of investment products and financial markets
- Proficient in financial tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Lipper, and/or Bloomberg
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for visualizing data and applying design standards
- Familiarity with Seismic a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills

The Team
The Investment Production Team operates within the Investment Marketing Services group, a division of FI and Asset Management Marketing. This specialized team provides comprehensive marketing support for Fidelity financial products, managing the end-to-end production of high-quality, dynamic collateral-including pitch books, investment capabilities materials, fact sheets, flyers, performance matrices, and guidebooks.
As subject matter experts in both collateral production and financial product data (including sourcing and tools), the team manages expansive libraries of collateral and supports timely research and reporting to support business needs. Their work is executed in close collaboration with key partners across Marketing, Asset Management's Investment Product Group, Institutional Portfolio Management, and FI Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions.
The team's core mission is to help support asset growth and retention across Fidelity's suites of financial products by delivering impactful, data-driven marketing materials.
The base salary range for this position is $74,000-$117,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
