HSA/RA Sr. Specialist
The Role
Fidelity Workplace Investing is seeking professional individuals with a strong interest in supporting Health Savings Account (HSA) and Reimbursement Account (RA) services! You will be a member of HSA/RA Ongoing Operations and Center of Excellence, a dynamic team, supporting fast-growing products.
As a HSA/RA Sr. Specialist, you will combine strong client leadership skills with a deep knowledge of HSA and RA plan administration. The position requires cross-functional collaboration skills as well as system and product knowledge associated with client solutions. Under minimal direction, you will provide operational support to the HSA Operations & RA Services team as well as technical and troubleshooting support for clients. Establishing and implementing controls and audits for Fidelity's stacked debit card administration processes and problem solving. Also, Fidelity's RA funding and other HSA processes will be a critical aspect of the role.
The Expertise You Have
- 3-5 years within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment, with experience in operational processing
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with Fidelity Health, Disc Recon, FPRS, FBSI & PSW preferred.

- Ability to work with different business partners in numerous locations.
- Proven experience in identification of service enhancements or process improvements and delivering the best solution in a timely manner.

- Communicate clearly: You get results by effectively communicating to internal and external business partners, managing the successful execution of an agreed upon mitigation strategy.
- Customer service: You troubleshoot client inquiries and complete audit requests particularly in relation to stacked debit cards, eligibility, contributions, claims, and general account maintenance to identify potential areas of concern.
