The Role

Do you want to be part of a growing Wealth Management Technology team implementing cutting edge solutions to meet the expanding needs of both our institutional and retail businesses?

We are looking for a Senior Manager or Director of Performance Measurement and Analysis who is a motivated, analytical, and collaborative to join our team. As a member of the Performance Specialist team in the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) product area, you will play a crucial role in delivering an industry-leading approach to benchmarking after-tax performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed performance analysis to support the development, validation, and refinement of new after-tax benchmark methodology.
  • Lead coordination efforts across contributing squads within the product area to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables for the after-tax benchmark initiative, facilitating cross-squad collaboration and resolving interdependencies to drive successful implementation.
  • Develop and Maintain Methodology Documentation: Define, document, and communicate the methodology for after-tax performance calculations, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations
  • Establish Governance and Oversight Frameworks: Design and implement policies, procedures, and control frameworks to support the ongoing oversight and business support of after-tax benchmark calculations
  • Maximize Enterprise Value: Identify and evaluate opportunities to extend the after-tax benchmarking capability

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of progressive financial services experience
  • CIPM or CFA a plus or willing to pursue
  • Experience in investment performance measurement, reporting, and analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze data to derive meaningful insights
  • Understanding of portfolio accounting, modern portfolio theory, and related concepts of risk and return
  • Ability to work collaboratively, to interact and build strong working relationships within the team and with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences ranging from software engineers to business executives

The Team

This dynamic Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area is part of Fidelity's Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale investment performance platform and contribute to several of Fidelity's rapidly growing business areas. We partner closely with investment product and digital experience teams focused on offerings for both institutional and retail clients.
