The Role
The Head of Fidelity Wealth Architecture will be responsible for the architecture needs of Fidelity Wealth. Fidelity Wealth has a focused mandate to grow and scale, while finding new ways to benefit from our partnership with Workplace and Brokerage, where we have a unique competitive edge. The business is focused on providing an industry-leading offering to meet our retail customers' evolving needs, including our planning and advice services, drive toward multi-generational relationships and increase in long term engagement with our customers. Additionally, this leader will:
• Lead a group of architects and engineers working on multi-functional teams supporting Fidelity's Wealth business. The team is committed to providing leadership through practical architectural design, problem solving, developing prototypes, modeling, documentation, and peer relationships in partnership with our technology and business partners.

• Drive the simplification of our technology stack and promote the adoption of Core and Common Technology Platforms and capabilities.
• Contribute to software engineering standards across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for technology initiatives.

• Leadership and Development: Proven senior-level experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams and individuals.
The Team
You will lead and be accountable for a global team of architects and engineers working on multi-functional teams supporting Fidelity's Wealth business. This team is responsible for managing and evolving our wealth architecture strategy and patterns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving technological innovation.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
