Job Description:
The Role
As a Senior Representative Transaction Processing, you will be part of Fidelity's Inbound Treasury Operations business unit which supports a broad range of customer activities such as retirement contributions, mutual fund purchases, and stock certificate processing. You will be responsible for interpreting, researching, and resolving intermediate to complex brokerage deposit issues using service applications, email, or additional correspondence to support our internal and external customers.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office operations role
- Prior transaction processing experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work under tight time constraints
- Establishing and executing delivery goals, expectations and service level agreements
- Reviewing and revising departmental policies and procedures
- Your comfort working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
- Encouraging an environment of collaboration and respect

Inbound Treasury processing provides mail receipt-distribution, imaging, data entry and check deposit services for several Fidelity business units. Our knowledgeable team and comprehensive solutions focus on quality, risk mitigation and end to end operational efficiency strengthening Fidelity's ability to provide an outstanding customer experience.
