Financial Analyst
The Role
Over the past several years, Fidelity has acquired millions of new retail customers. The Brokerage Service Operations (BSO) group within Fidelity Brokerage (FB) is responsible for driving the development of those customers into satisfied and profitable investors. As a Financial Analyst on the Finance team supporting BSO, you will help guide the development and implementation of FB's strategy by delivering impactful financial analysis of the business, its customers, and its products & services. You will work directly with BSO business partners, key partners in other business functions, and members of Finance across the firm.

- Financial analysis related to planning, forecasting, and business measurement to help form and refine FB's strategy
- Headcount and P&L governance
- Ownership of key performance metric reporting, analytics, and insights
- Business case support
- A broad range of ad-hoc analytical support across FB's business and finance teams

Your work reflects a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing large volumes of data or preparing materials for senior management. You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization. You take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches. You collaborate effectively with business partners and thrive in team settings, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently on most analyses.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$91,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
