The Role
Fidelity Digital Assets is a dynamic and rapidly growing business division at Fidelity Investments, committed to crafting innovative solutions in the digital asset realm. Our mission is to provide a full-service, enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing eligible digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Your ability to analyze sophisticated financial data and translate it into actionable insights will be key to supporting the strategic growth of Fidelity Digital Assets. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of this fast-evolving business. The responsibilities associated with this position include delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, developing models to forecast performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to assist in strategic decision-making. This role requires a good foundation in financial analysis, a passion for new technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Shown ability to deliver monthly financial reporting with precision and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience building financial and reporting models
- Experience with Anaplan and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization
- Intellectual curiosity and a foundational understanding of digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging customers at all levels
- Strong collaboration orientation and a proven history of effective collaboration with various department
