Enterprise Services Senior Compliance Advisor
Job Description:
The Role
Are you looking for a fast-paced Compliance role supporting both traditional finance and emerging tech businesses within Fidelity? As a Senior Compliance Advisor on our team, you will help build compliance oversight programs, including regulatory inventory development, controls documentation and testing, and training. You will work closely with associates in one of our innovation centers, Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), reviewing marketing materials and other external content and providing valued guidance as they experiment and build new products and businesses in areas including digital assets and AI. You will also work on our technology compliance program, researching and assessing technology for policy compliance as well as regulatory compliance in areas including electronic communications, records retention, and privacy.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of financial industry experience or Masters/MBA/JD with 1-3 years of experience
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including digital assets and AI
- Comfortable operating in an evolving regulatory environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Committed and collaborative teammate with excellent research, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize under time pressure

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
