The Role

We're seeking a proven client coverage professional to join our Electronic Trading Consultant team. You will partner with institutional clients to deliver execution consultation, grow relationships, and drive electronic trading revenue. Leveraging your deep market knowledge and data-driven insights, you'll help clients optimize workflows, achieve best execution, and unlock new opportunities.

The Expertise and the Skills You Bring

  • Serve as a trusted advisor across automation, TCA, OMS integration, and market structure strategy
  • Build, expand, and deepen client relationships with quants, head traders, and portfolio managers
  • Deliver workflow strategies that improve performance and efficiency
  • Drive revenue growth through high-quality execution service and tailored trading solutions
  • Provide market and client feedback to enhance the Electronic Brokerage Services (EBS) platform
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree a plus
  • 5+ years in equities electronic trading sales and/or coverage with a track record of revenue generation
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. equity liquidity, ATSs, market microstructure, algorithms, and DMA trends
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required; Series 55 preferred
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

The Electronic Trading Consultant Team supports both the Fidelity Capital Market's Electronic Trading Product and Fidelity Global Brokerage Group's Fidelity Service Bureau "FSB" Product.

Fidelity Capital Markets is the institutional trading arm of Fidelity Investments, providing Equity, Options, Fixed Income, Forex, Municipal and CD Underwriting, Prime Brokerage, and Securities Lending products and services to a wide array of clients, including buy-side institutions and hedge funds, as well as to Fidelity's own businesses.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $185,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
