The Team
Stock Plan Services Technology designs, develops, implements, and supports stock plan products and features.
Stock Plan Services is an equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners,
understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations
regarding system functionality. You will share your technical skills and passion for building high quality, scalable solutions with the team
as we modernize and expand our business.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required. Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/development is required.
- Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
- Expertise in working with Business and technology partners on both strategic direction and tactical execution.
- Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong data analysis skills including querying, profiling, and analyzing data.
- Agile/Scrum experience is required.
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Technical problem solver, working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- You can successfully multi-task and work towards issues resolution in a timely manner
- Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations.
- Capacity to quickly understand and incorporate new technologies
- Articulating a business problem/requirement in technology terms

- Strong understanding of software lifecycle
- Experience with both Mainframe and Distributed Systems

- Evaluating design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
- Ensure complete acceptance test criteria is provided for all systems requirements
- Produce and/or maintain system feature design documentation and user training and materials
The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
